Graduation

To graduate from the university and obtain the respective diploma, the bachelor and master student must successfully comply with the following conditions:

  • Pass the required courses;
  • The weighted average grade (WAG) is at least 2,00;
  • Scored at least 750 points on the TOEIC test;
  • In bachelor studies pass the final exam or compile and defend the bachelor thesis (additional requirements for BBL/ÕBL students) and in master studies compile and defend the master´s thesis;

A diploma cum laude will be issued to those whose average grade is at least 4.60 and who have received an A at the defence of the final thesis or an A at the final exam.

Compiling and defence of the final thesis is according to the requirements and timetable for compilation and defence of the theses. While compiling the thesis, it is necessary to comply with the manual of EBS writing style. Prior to declaring the final thesis, the orientation hours take place where the set requirements are introduced and advice on the choice of topics and supervisors is given.

Declaration of the final exam is followed by consultations on the subjects included in the exam.

Students can graduate at the end of both fall and spring semester.
