Lecturer of Economics

Estonian Business School, the oldest and largest private university in Estonia with campuses in Tallinn and Helsinki, is looking for an ambitious, talented academic with a passion for teaching as well as research to join its Department of Economics and Finance. 

 

Position

The role entails teaching, supervising and course coordinating at both undergraduate and graduate level in the field of economics. Lecturer will be involved in advancing curricula and participating in study and research projects in their area of expertise, as well as service the department. Training and development opportunities will be provided. 

Profile

Successful candidates have a strong background in economics with significant industry experience, and a willingness to be active in departmental and university service. Desired qualification is PhD and minimum master’s degree in Economics. Well-established record of excellence in teaching is preferred. Successful candidates closely follow the advances of their field and are consistently engaging in professional self-development. Commitment to innovative teaching methods and e-learning environments is essential.

Salary & contract

Salary will be commensurate with rank and experience. The post will be offered on a full time.
