Ülle Pihlak defended her doctoral dissertation ‘Change Management in Indian Organizations Compared to Chinese and Estonian Organizations’ at the Estonian Business School in 2012. Pihlak has worked as a physics teacher, management consultant and lecturer. Starting from 2000, Pihlak has been the Head of EBS’s Entrepreneurship Centre. His research is focused on entrepreneurship, business plans, organisational diagnostics, change management, management consultations and business activity in India.
