This course will equip you with the core skills required to confidently and effectively coach a client, developing them in a safe, expert-guided environment. You’ll learn how to help others define what they want, set goals based on their values, and support them in striving for greater fulfilment. As the first step to becoming a professional coach, it will also help you to decide whether you want to train further.

The programme is delivered by Executive Coach Peep Aaviksoo.
Peep has more than twenty five years of experience managing stock listed companies in Estonia and sitting in the supervisory boards of different public and state owned companies. He has also served as Vice Mayor of Tallinn. He has graduated from Tartu University as a basketball coach, got MBA in Estonian Business School and passed Senior Executive Program in London Business School.
Today he is managing the Executive Education of Estonian Business School that is a license holder of AoEC in Estonia.
Peep is a graduate of the AoEC Senior Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and is faculty on the AoEC’s Coaching Skills Certificate and Practitioner Diploma programmes. Peep is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF.
The Coaching Skills Certificate as a standalone course does not qualify you as a coach.
It does provide you with 12 hours towards the 60 required to apply for International Coach Federation (ICF) accreditation at Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level. When combined with the AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, this provides 72 Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH).

In 2011 Estonian Business School launched a branch in Technopolis Ruoholahti business park in Helsinki. EBS Helsinki offers a session based study programme on Bachelor´s and Master’s level. There are currently approximately 300 students studying in EBS Helsinki.
