My research focuses on business and corporate strategies, knowledge strategy, strategic knowledge management (SKM), tacit knowledge and knowledge processes in both large and small organizations. In 2014, my article on knowledge management strategy alignment, published in the Journal of Knowledge Management, won the prestigious Emerald Literati Award.
I have published in respected journals such as Knowledge Management Research & Practice, Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Strategy and Management, Knowledge and Process Management, The Journal of Strategic Information Systems, and International Journal of Information Management, among others. I have also contributed to numerous international conferences.
