Mari Kooskora has been actively involved in the fields of business ethics, responsible entrepreneurship, and sustainable development for over 25 years. She is an Associate Professor at EBS and the founder and director of the Centre for Business Ethics. After a six-year career in marketing and public relations, she transitioned into academia, focusing on promoting business ethics in Estonia. Throughout her career, she has taught and delivered training both in Estonia and in numerous other countries, given presentations at international conferences, and published various articles in international journals. She has supervised over 350 theses, including doctoral and master's theses.

Mari Kooskora holds a degree in business administration from Tallinn University of Technology, an MBA from EBS, and a PhD from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. In addition to working as the editor-in-chief of the *Journal of Management and Change* for 20 years, she is actively engaged in several local and international networks. Her work focuses on helping individuals and organisations, raising awareness of sustainability and responsibility in business practices and management. Mari is committed to advancing ethics, diversity, and the role of women leaders both in Estonia and internationally.
