What you learn in this programme

Your studies help you understand how organisations work and how different areas are connected, so you can make more informed strategic decisions.

During the first year, you build a strong foundation in the core areas of business and management. You learn how strategy, finance, marketing, and operations are connected and how they influence organisational performance. This gives you a clear basis for making decisions in your role.

In the second year, you can shape your studies based on your goals by choosing a focus through microdegrees. This allows you to go deeper into areas that matter most for your work and career direction.

The learning is practical and closely linked to your work. You work through real business situations, discuss solutions with experienced peers, and apply what you learn directly in your organisation.

An important part of your studies is also the environment. At EBS, you learn alongside managers, entrepreneurs, and specialists from different fields, bringing together a range of experiences and perspectives. These are people you collaborate with, exchange ideas with, and build connections that continue beyond your studies.
