Growth Accelerator

Growth Accelerator is a personal development journey for senior executives, centred around one strategically significant leadership challenge. We deliberately call it the world’s slowest growth accelerator – because truly fast results are born from well-considered decisions, not from rushing. The programme combines development partnership, a community of leaders, and artificial intelligence to create clarity, courage, and systemic impact at the organisational level.

A flexible development cycle aligned with your pace

A leader’s greatest risk is not moving too slowly, but moving at the wrong speed – acting before the problem has been properly defined. Growth Accelerator creates space to pause, reflect, and reach the root causes.

This programme is not built on lectures, tests, or exams.
At its core is one strategically important leadership challenge that the participant works on in depth throughout the entire journey. Contemporary management theories are not treated as abstract models, but as practical tools – applied within one’s own organisation, adapted to context, and tested through real decisions with real people.

A structured reflection process and a dedicated development partner form an essential part of the journey, helping participants examine their thinking patterns, decision logic, and leadership choices from new perspectives. This is where clarity emerges – not from speed, but from deliberate and conscious action.

The journey culminates in a structured development report and a final workshop, where the participant presents their learning path, key decisions, and organisational impact. The result is not merely new knowledge or an inspiring experience, but a transformed leadership practice, stronger decision confidence, and a sharper strategic focus.

Who is Growth Accelerator intended for?

The programme is designed for leaders operating in Estonia and is intended for:

  • CEOs and members of the management board
  • Business unit and functional leaders
  • Entrepreneurs and owners
  • Senior executives with at least five years of leadership experience.

Development Programme structure

Growth Accelerator does not have a fixed start date or predetermined academic calendar. The programme begins when you are ready to start, and the timing of the development cycle is agreed upon in collaboration with your development partner.

The frequency and format of meetings are arranged individually. Sessions may take place in person or online, depending on your schedule and preferences. As a general principle, meetings are held once a week to ensure consistent focus and meaningful depth.

Typically, the development cycle lasts approximately three months; however, the actual duration depends on the scope of the challenge and your objectives.
