The course integrates contemporary organisational behaviour research with real-world leadership practice, enabling participants to make thoughtful and well-founded decisions in complex business environments. The focus is on understanding and leading human behaviour, team dynamics, and decision-making processes in situations shaped by emotions, competing interests, and organisational goals. Through real-life cases, group work, and discussions, participants develop skills that support mature, empathetic, and effective leadership.
This master’s-level course is designed for experienced professionals and leaders who work with people and teams and make decisions in complex organisational settings. It is ideal for managers, team leaders, and experts with prior management knowledge or leadership experience who wish to deepen their understanding of human behaviour and team dynamics.
Participants who complete the course will receive a continuing education certificate with ECTS credits.
The course consists of sessions held every other week on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:15 PM.
Each day includes a 45-minute lunch break and short breaks throughout the day.
