The Estonian Council on Foreign Relations and the Estonian Business School presents the China-Russia relations seminar “Perfect Imbalance.”

This seminar will be held on Thursday, April 21st, from 15.00-16.30 (Estonian time) in the Estonian Business School, room 415. Additionally, the panel will be broadcasted via MS TEAMS.
The main participant of the seminar is dr Una Aleksandra Bērziņa-Čerenkova, a political scientist, China scholar, and the Head of the Political Science Ph.D. programme and China Studies Centre at Riga Stradins University. She is joined by former Estonian minister of defense, Asian expert Hannes Hanso, and Chinese expert and Honorary Consul of Mongolia in Estonia Liisi Karindi. The seminar is moderated by Estonian Business School’s rector Meelis Kitsing.
