Business Law & Ethics

The thematic R&D group on Business Law and Ethics is dedicated to exploring the intricate interplay between legal frameworks, ethical principles, and business practices. With a focus on understanding the legal frameworks that govern commerce and the ethical considerations that guide decision-making, our interdisciplinary team investigates a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights, and social responsibility. Through rigorous analysis and practical insight, we aim to inform policymakers, business leaders, and legal practitioners on navigating complex legal and ethical dilemmas in today's global marketplace. By promoting dialogue and fostering ethical leadership, our research group seeks to cultivate a business environment where integrity, accountability, and justice are paramount, fostering sustainable and responsible business practices for the betterment of society.
