Building Successful Teams in Tech microdegree programme is starting
The "Building Successful Teams in Tech" master level microdegree programme equips current and aspiring leaders with essential skills for managing technology teams effectively. Focused on leadership strategies, team dynamics, and collaborative models, the program provides practical tools and insights into creating a collaborative, innovation-oriented work environment.
Participants will develop strategic leadership and emotional intelligence skills to motivate teams and improve leadership processes. The program emphasizes design thinking and change management, enabling participants to implement projects aligned with business and user needs. It also encourages critical self-reflection to help leaders understand their style’s impact and tackle management challenges.
Aimed at technology sector leaders and project managers, this program empowers participants to lead strategically, foster innovation, and build a motivating, collaborative workplace.
The study sessions take place every other week on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 17:00 (a total of 9 weeks) between January 17 and March 14, 2025 Learning is conducted in conjunction with EBS master's students, and in addition to the lecture days specified in the program, the course also involves independent work.
Participants are expected to have completed higher education and possess English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2. Additional info: avatudulikool@ebs.ee

Please be advised that in case you are outside of EU/EEA member states and or if your intention is to pursue any short-term courses/programmes at the Open University, it's important to note that a residence permit for studying is exclusively issued for programs that lead to a formal degree. Unfortunately, this provision does not extend to microdegrees.
