Digital Innovation, Transformations and Resilience microdegree programme starts
Digitalisation efforts are often a complicated process, not only do you need to convince decision-makers and staff. You also need to identify which processes can be digitalized. Therefore, it is much easier to think about digitalisation as a transformation.
The program that received positive feedback last year is returning, and this year we have also introduced risk management topics to the program.
The Microdegree program focuses on various aspects of digital transformation, and participants gain practical experience in implementing digital projects and advancing organizational development. During the nine-week training period, three courses are completed, covering topics related to developing digital innovation strategies, process management principles, the use of new technologies, crisis management, and the ability to develop adaptable teams within an organization.
Upon successful completion of the Microdegree program, learners receive a certificate, and the earned credits can be counted as part of a master’s degree program.
