Kristjan works as a Technology Scout in Eesti Energia where he is looking for new applications of machine learning and digital technologies. Currently, his main research focus is on optimal decision making with reinforcement learning. He has previously worked as the CEO of STACC (Software Technologies and Applications Competence Center) and as a business analyst in Civitta.
