Frequently asked questions

 

EBS admission process:

 

1. Apply through Dream Apply Student Admission Platform
The applicant has to fill the application in Dream Apply and upload all relevant documents. Applicant will be updated about their applying process through Dream Apply system. The processing of applications is optimized which gives the university an opportunity to give faster replies. EBS does not perform pre-assessment of the documents. 

 

2. Pay application fee (120€)
Application documents will be processed only after application fee is received. The application fee invoice will be sent via Dream Apply. 
If you are transferring from other currency than EURO, you can use TransferWise for paying the fee without extra transfer costs. 
Candidates from EU/EAA countries and from Turkey, Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus are exempt from the application fee.

 

3. Send your educational documents to EBS
Send your educational documents to EBS to the following address: Admissions and Studies Office, A.  Lauteri street 3, room 115, 10114, Tallinn, ESTONIA

After receiving all required documents EBS will send those to the Estonian ENIC/NARIC center for evaluation. Positive admission decision by the Estonian ENIC/NARIC center is a pre-requisite for receiving a final admission decision from EBS.

 

4. Admission interview
Interview will be scheduled individually with every applicant.

 

5. Acceptance
Once the student has sent all necessary documents for applying, has proven proficiency in English  and has successfully passed the entrance process (incl. interview) the Admissions Committee will decide upon the student's admission.

 

6.Tuition fee
After being accepted the student will be issued the tuition fee invoice for one academic year. University will send it via e-mail.

 

7. Study contract
When the student has arrived to Estonia and to EBS then the study contract is signed by the student and university. The applicant will be enrolled as EBS student by Rector's Decree.
 

Important dates
4th of

The application deadline for Estonian and Finnish candidates for study year 2019/2020 is 4th of August, 2019. 

17th of

Application deadline for 2019/2020 study year is over.  The application round for EU candidates and candidates from Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, USA, Canada, Japan for study year 2020/2021 will be opened in January 2020. 

5th of

Application deadline for 2019/2020 study year is over. The application deadline for non-EU candidates for study year 2020/2021 is the 5th of April, 2020. Application round will be opened in January 2020.
