We invite the EBS community to gather for a memorial evening dedicated to the 85th birth anniversary of one of the founders of EBS, Madis Habakuk - EBS former and current colleagues, alumni, students and pupils, Madis Habakuk's friends, and family members. Everyone is very welcome!
When: January 30th, 2023, from 15:00 to 18:00
Where: In the EBS auditorium, on the 4th floor
A cozy lounge-style afternoon promises an enjoyable gathering in good company, where we will hear stories from the early days of EBS, discuss the leadership styles and life philosophy during Madis Habakuk's time. Also present will be Madis Habakuk's descendants, sharing their memories and thoughts for the future. The memorial evening is in Estonian.
The evening will be hosted by Margit Kilumets.

In honor of Madis Habakuk's birthday a special exhibition will be open in the reading room of the EBS Library. For the upcoming memorial evening, the EBS 35 digital book will also be completed, and a collection of articles dedicated to the anniversary will be presented, compiled by Arno Almann.
