Catherine Tanneau
Catherine Tanneau is a Professor at HEC in Paris, the No. 1 business school in Europe, and the Academic Director of the Executives programs and Leadership Course Leader of the three bilingual EMBA’s. She is co-directing a program with the HEC-Joly Chair on “purposeful and sustainable leadership”. She is a Master Coach international (MCC) and CEO and Partner of Variations International, a consulting and coaching company specializing in transformations accompaniment and leadership development for top executives. Catherine is a worldwide, non-executive Board Director of international companies and NGO organizations, as has been the President of the International Coaching Federation (the first Coaching Federation with 45 000 members in 140 countries around the globe) in France (ICF) and has been elected in 2020 as the Chair of the Global Board of ICF worldwide. Catherine is a keynote speaker appreciated worldwide; since 2018, she is having presentation in conferences in Europe, China, India, Brazil, and USA) on Leadership and coaching.
