Business Learning Decoded: Empowering Educators to Shape Tomorrow’s Leaders

Location: online + Estonian Business School campus, Tallinn

Date: 17.09 + 29.09-3.10.2025

Business education in the 21st century is undergoing a transformative shift, driven by rapid technological advancements, evolving workforce demands, and global interconnectedness. Real-world experience plays a pivotal role, with internships, live case studies, and collaboration with industry leaders becoming integral components of the curriculum. Furthermore, modern business education embraces a variety of pedagogical methods—from flipped classrooms and experiential learning to peer collaboration and problem-based learning. This dynamic environment equips students with the practical knowledge, critical thinking abilities, and innovative mindset needed to thrive in an ever-evolving global economy. We will take a look closer to what it means to be the educators of the next generation leaders and entrepreneurs and how to tackle the rising problems.

The staff week "Business Learning Decoded: Empowering Educators to Shape Tomorrow's Leaders" is composed of two components: online session and onsite week. Participants have a chance to take part of dynamic workshops, insightful and expert-led panels and industry focused company visits.

EBS's staff week 2025 is your opportunity to exchange ideas, gain new perspectives, and help redefine what future-ready business education looks like.
