Embark on a transformative journey with our highly sought-after Leadership in Digital Era Microdegree Programme, now in its fifth  edition! This dynamic program not only provides participants with practical insights from fellow learners but also delves into theoretical concepts crucial for addressing leadership challenges in contemporary digital organizations.

The training program focuses on developing 21st-century skills in a changing economic environment, covering topics essential for modern leaders, ranging from leadership and management principles and communication skills to developing competencies in managing remote teams and enhancing social and cultural awareness in leadership. The program teaches, among other things, how to present more effectively, provide constructive feedback, pitch and sell ideas, and use storytelling techniques to inspire and motivate others. Additionally, the program offers practical tools for developing these skills through five different courses, utilizing a framework of playful leadership and providing a unique method of experiential learning through play. Learning takes place in discussions and group work with fellow master's students, who have practical leadership experience.

The study sessions take place every other week on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 17:00 (a total of 9 weeks) between March 28 and May 23, 2025 Learning is conducted in conjunction with EBS master's students, and in addition to the lecture days specified in the program, the course also involves independent work.
