Open lecture: "Where does the European taxpayers’ money go? Who checks it and how?"
15:00 - 16:00
Lauteri 3, Tallinn
At the beginning of April, Keit Pentus-Rosimannus, the Estonian Member of the European Court of Auditors, will shed light on these issues. She will give an overview of the role and activities of the Court of Auditors, who monitors the use of European Union funds.
- Does the EU have more or less money at its disposal than its member states?
- What is the state-of-play and impact of the 800-billion euro Recovery and Resilience Facility, created in response to the Covid crisis?
- What does the future of the EU hold and how to prepare for it?
Everyone is welcome to spend an hour discussing these and other topics with the member of the Court of Auditors in the EBS hall (413).
