On May 31, 2024 EBS Doctoral student Sirja Sulakatko defended her Doctoral Thesis “Individual competencies and organisational support mechanisms to enhance virtual team success.” This is a unique International dual doctorate in collaboration of Estonian Business School and Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku.
