We would like to invite you to the one-day doctoral workshop on “Research in International Business” which will be delivered by Prof. Markus Pudelko.
Participants: This event primarily focuses on young scholars and doctoral students in Estonia. But all interested academics are welcome.

This one-day research workshop consists of three sessions:
- Presentation by Markus Pudelko about his recent research project “Bridging Processes of Multiculturals and Multilinguals”. It would be a great opportunity for everyone to listen about his research activities. This session would stimulate valuable discussions and inspire further research endeavors.
- Seminar on publishing in internationally top-ranked journals: This seminar could provide valuable insights into the publication process, helping our doctoral students and faculty members enhance their research visibility and impact. His expertise in this area would be highly valuable.
- Face to face meetings for young scholars: we believe that facilitating one-on-one interactions between established scholars like Markus Pudelko and our young scholars would be immensely beneficial. This will require additional registration for allocating times.
Markus Pudelko is a Full Professor and the Director of the International Business Department at the School of Business and Economics of the University of Tübingen, one of the oldest (founded 1477) and most prestigious universities in Germany. According to the ABS ranking, he has published his works in prestigious outlets such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Human Resource Management Journal). His research interests cover:
