Anu Ruul is one of Estonia's most experienced trainers in the innovation process. She has nearly 15 years of real project management and entrepreneurship experience. Currently, Anu works as Interim manager for sustainable innovation (ESG) in AkzoNobel She leads the innovation module of the EBS Executive MBA program for top executives and serves as a lecturer for the innovation modules at the Green Tiger Academy. Anu has appeared as a guest lecturer in front of students from top universities worldwide, including Brown University in the USA (Ivy League) and in France (Rennes School of Business and IÉSEG).

  • She holds a master's degree in entrepreneurship from the Estonian Business School.
  • With over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur, project manager, innovation consultant, and trainer, Anu has served as a guest lecturer both at EBS and Brown University in 2019. She co-authored the Playbook 2017 at the European Innovation Academy. In 2016, Anu defended her MBA degree at the Estonian Business School. She was nominated for Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016 and served as the JCI Estonia Academy Director from 2014 to 2017.
  • In 2023-2024, she worked as a lecturer for the Digital Innovation and Transformation.
