Regina Erlenheim is vice rector of internationalisation at Estonian Business School and e-governance expert. By combining her academic work and teaching activities she focuses on different facets of designing proactive services from customers’, service providers’ and design process’s point of view.
She earned here PhD from a a joint programme between the Tallinn University of Technology and Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
