Estonian Universities Collaborate to Enhance Doctoral Studies Through EU-Funded Project In an ambitious initiative to elevate the quality and appeal of doctoral education, the Estonian Doctoral School has launched a project titled "Cooperation between universities to promote doctoral studies," running from 2021 to 2027. This significant effort is co-funded by the European Union and involves a consortium of Estonia’s leading higher education institutions, EBS among them.

The project, spearheaded by the University of Tartu, includes the Estonian Academy of Arts, Estonian University of Life Sciences, Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, Estonian Business School, Tallinn University of Technology, and Tallinn University as partners. It aims to foster a collaborative network that supports interdisciplinary and international research opportunities for doctoral candidates.

Additionally, the initiative focuses on the professional development of doctoral supervisors through a dedicated series of events, enhancing their ability to guide the next generation of researchers.

Doctoral students participating in this program will benefit from expanded research contacts and self-development opportunities, significantly boosting their academic and professional careers.
