I am an associate professor of organization theory and organization studies. My research focuses on time and temporality in organizations and organizing. I am interested in how time and temporality are connected to various organizational phenomena, such as organizational change, outsourcing, backsourcing, innovation, commitment, and continuity; events, events-based time, and the agency of events; and temporal agency.
