Marge Sassi has graduated from the Cultural Management MA program of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. Currently she is a lecturer and a PhD candidate at EBS. Her research interests cover Creative Industries, Leadership (Flow theory), Performance Evaluation and Societal Impact Assessment. She has taught the following subjects: Leadership Simulation Game (Fligby), Project Management, Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, Research Methods and Business Planning.
She is a member of the Estonian Public Relations Association and the Estonian Association for Quality. Recently Sassi received a PRINCE2 Certificate of Project Management. She has worked for several international organisations (OSCE, IOM and European Commission) in Tajikistan and Belgium; and studied in Finland, Germany and Australia. For the last four years, Marge has been the Quality Expert of European Commission, providing support for experts assessing Creative Europe project applications. Her free time is dedicated to family, travelling and zouk.
