Stephan Bereiter
Stephan Bereiter is a Certified Team Coach and Leadership Trainer who works primarily with senior executives and executive teams. He is the co-founder of the team performance institute Lovell, Swigert & Haise and has more than 18 years of experience with teams and executives. Stephan is member of TCI’s Global Team Performance Team; an international group of TCI University faculty members connected to US based Team Coaching International. In this capacity he leads the Master Class of the Team Coaching International Certification Program and executes team performance programs with his fellow team members. He’s also affiliated with the Dutch Institute for NLP as head trainer of the NLP Leadership Practitioner and Advanced NLP Leadership Practitioner programs.
Among others, the (multinational-) corporate clients Stephan has worked for are KLM, ING Bank, ABNAMRO Bank, T-Mobile, Booking.Com, Deloitte, PWC, EY, Pepsico, GroupM and Microsoft. He is passionate about sailing off-shore regatta’s, traveling and working with multicultural and multilingual teams. He is currently located in Amsterdam-The Netherlands and loves working worldwide.
His mission is to contribute in creating pleasant and safe working environments through which people can excel and make a meaningful contribution.
Before discovering his true passion and while living that as a team coach and leadership trainer, Stephan by now has acquired 30 years of broad and varied experience as a serial entrepreneur, firstly in the international trading and leisure business and then in the coaching and training industry.
After studying Law at Leiden University, he has been fully trained as a trainer/coach: Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from CTI USA. Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC) by Team Coaching International (TCI) USA. Internationally certified NLP trainer by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP). Certified Systemic Work by The Bert Hellinger Institute (BHI) Germany. Certified EMDR by Alexander Bund Institute (ABI) The Netherlands. Trauma Healing & Deep Change by The Aptitude Academy (AC) Germany. Organization & Relationship Systems Coach from CRR-Global, USA.
