Andre has spent 15 years working in various Estonian companies such as Elisa, Telia, Skype, and Starship as a data warehouse developer and data scientist. Academically, Andre holds a degree in Informatics from TalTech. His research interests lie in resource allocation methods and algorithms such as auctions, matching tasks, fair division, voting, and other game-theoretical issues.
