My research interests are centered on strategic management, particularly focusing on organizational ambidexterity and the balance between exploration and exploitation in strategy processes. My work also examines Lego Serious Play methodology focusing in team interactions and playfulness in management contexts, as well as the role of micro-politics and evolutionary theory in handling strategic initiatives. I have contributed to research on corporate innovation, strategic issue selling and focusing in telecommunication and IT sectors.
