Megan Naylor

Megan Naylor joined the U.S. Embassy in Tallinn as the Economic Officer in July 2021. Megan most recently worked in the State Department’s Office of Multilateral Trade Affairs, where she was part of the team negotiating the United States-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement, implementing the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement, and addressing global steel excess capacity. Megan previously served as an Economic Officer in Kosovo, Vice Consul in Argentina, and Assistant Public Affairs Officer in Liberia. She speaks some Estonian, Albanian, and Spanish.

Before joining the Foreign Service, Megan worked in economic development and marketing. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond (Virginia). She received her Master of Business Administration and her Master of City and Regional Planning degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
