Riina Varts

Riina Varts has been dealing with people management issues, managing people, coaching, consulting and supporting the development of managers for nearly two decades. She's been  responsible for HR functions in Hansabank and in Eesti Energia. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, re-branding, creating performance- and talent management systems and designing HR strategies as well as leadership development programmes.

Riina has been closely connected to the management board of Estonian Association for Personnel Development for 6 years. She has delivered a range of training programmes both at home and abroad. Riina is a graduate of the AoEC Advanced Practitioner Diploma programme and is faculty on the AoEC’s Coaching Skills Certificate and Practitioner Diploma programmes.

Since 2005 she has her own consultancy business. Riina is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF. She is also a President of ICF Estonia chapter.
