Urmas Kaarlep started my working career as chief economist in Habaja collective farm. 1989 he founded with partners a private company Agricultural Association „Kaha“, where he took care about finance and accounting matters. After that He lead a accounting service firm „Assets“. Since 1990 Urmas has a sworn auditor qualification in Estonia. In February 1993 he was a first employee of PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Estonia. Urmas lead the company and acted as managing partner until 2008 when he moved to PwC Kiev Office for 3 years to lead PwC Ukraina Assurance department. In 2011 he moved for following 3 years to PwC Bratislava (Slovakia) where he was responsible partner for development of audit methodology. Starting from 2015 Urmas is executive coach and tax and financial advisor.
